Le Argoe

Andrew Legree Argoe III, lovingly known to everyone as Le, lost his battle with cancer on January 13,2025 at just 48 years old. Le was such a warrior he had chosen not to let anyone know he was sick to carry that burden alone with the help from his wife until the very end.
Le wasn't a complicated man and enjoyed the simpler things in life. Le loved to build the loudest stereos, especially if it was in a hatchback Honda. Le loved all things fantasy, especially dragons. He loved reading books and definitely tried making us read JRR Tolkien’s The Hobbit before it was a mainstream thing to do. Le was a passionate animal lover but any cat he came across had a new home regardless of the circumstance. He always wanted to bring a smile to your face and would do anything for you that he could. If you were a friend, he would consider you family and he loved his family fiercely. Le was such a goofy, fun-loving, and caring person that will be missed by all that knew him.
Le often played the role of protector, being the oldest as we were growing up walking to school and helping momma how he could. He would make us the wildest ramen food concoctions, but he made sure we ate. I truly think he enjoyed being the oldest but the role he loved most was being a husband. Once he met his wife, she was the center of his universe, and they were joined at the hip since they met. Le had 18 years with the love of his life cut short by cancer.
Le was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Clarke. He is survived by his wife Juanita Argoe, Father Andy Argoe Jr, siblings Ashley Whitaker, Cary Whitaker, Jennifer Deluca, and Eddie Gaines and everyone Le thought of as family. As per Le’s request, the family is planning to spread his ashes at Myrtle Beach, SC at a future date. In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be sent to Juanita Argoe via Gofund me to take care of final expenses and getting back home.
