It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of beloved husband and father, Richard M. Bell, on March 13, 2025. Surrounded by his family in his final moments, he was a man of humor and resilience, cherishing the time spent with his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Ann; four children, Geoff, Jeremy, Kathy, and Kim; five grandchildren, Madison, Joshua, Brandon, Hadley, and Noah; and his precious yorkies, Charlie and Ringo.
