Kevin Crosswhite

Kevin Thomas Crosswhite crossed over to Heaven in his sleep on March 19, 2026, after a four-month fight with throat cancer.
His joy was to plant and encourage commercial flower beds year-round. His favorite pastimes were reading classic novels while listening to classical music, along with daily Bible study. He loved Raleigh history and especially old Shotwell-area stories.
He is survived by his brother Robert Neville Crosswhite (Patricia Peek Crosswhite) and his nephew Andrew Jefferson Crosswhite (TiAndrea Monique Scriven) and numerous cousins around the country.
His funeral will take place at noon on April 18th at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to his beloved classical music station WCPE at theclassicalstation.org/choose-donation/
