Thresa Diane Reynolds (Di), age 71, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on April 6, 2026. She was born on June 19, 1954 to Joyce and Carson Cutshaw in Greenville, TN.
Diana survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert Allen Reynolds of Bullock NC; Daughters, Marie (Michael) Brodbeck of Raleigh, NC and Melissa (Joseph) of Bullock, NC ; Grandchildren, Robbie (Ashlee) of Henderson, NC, Brittany Brodbeck of Raleigh, NC, Austin Reynolds, Anthony Perry, and Andrianna Reynolds of Bullock, NC, as well as great-grandchildren Shania, Wyatt, Hazel, and Allianna. She is also survived by her siblings, brother Ricky (Candy) Cutshaw of Franklinton, NC, sister Sandy (Champ) of Franklinton, NC, and sister-in-law Wanda (Ken) Crispell of Lakeland, FL. Also surviving Diane are a number of cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by her angel baby, 3 grandchildren, Baby Boy, Ace and Aalissa; her baby brother William Cutshaw; nephews Robert, Jeremy, Jason, and Billy; brother-in-law Danny Reynolds (her drinking buddy), the strong ball Virginia Reynolds, and a dear friend Terry.
Diane loved her husband, daughters (her M&M's) and all her grand/great-grandbabies. She was one of the strongest women you would ever meet. She was a fighter and did so to the very end. You could start to see her getting tired, and can see that in her eyes. Everyone that knew her knows just how good of a cook she was. She was always ready to feed her family and give them a good cold glass of iced tea. Her home was always clean that was something she took pride in and don't let someone come in and move anything because she would notice it right away.
Diane was a very hard working woman and was a jack of all trades. From being a carpenter, farmer, house cleaner, cook, to working on her own car, there was nothing that Diane would not do. But one of her most favorite jobs was working alongside her husband laying hardwood floors and being his cut man on other jobs. That was something that they would talk about all the time.
Diane got to babysit her nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews and all her grandkids. You can ask any one of them if she was not talking s*** you knew something was wrong and just not right. Even with that being said she also had one of the biggest hearts and would do anything for anyone. That is why her grandkids called her sour patch grandma. She was known for picking up any animal from the side of the road. Diane also love the outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, from going fishing with her husband taking trips to the mountains or the beach. She loved it and her eyes would light up when her nephew Jeremy Haithcock (The Pain) would pop up and stop by or call her. Everyone who knew her and loved her will miss her and everything about her!
