Cathy Wilson Marshall

Cathy Wilson Marshall of Raleigh, NC, passed away on Thursday, August 18th, 2022 at WakeMed Hospital in Cary, NC.

Cathy was born on October 12th, 1958 in Raleigh, NC to Carson Edmond Wilson Sr., and Maude Helon Hollemon Wilson. She was the youngest of five children. Cathy grew up in the Raleigh, NC area and married her husband; William “Cecil” Marshall in 1981.

Cathy was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years; William “Cecil” Marshall, father; Carson Edmond Wilson Sr., mother; Maude Helon Hollemon Wilson Davern, sister; Helon “Carole” Wilson Matthews, and sister; Sara “Beth” Wilson Harward.

Cathy is survived by her son; William “Casey” Marshall and wife, Allison, of Tampa, FL, daughter; Carmen Marshall and wife, Sarah, of Raleigh, NC, brother; Eddie Wilson and wife, Ina, of Pittsboro, NC, sister; Marilyn Norwood and husband, Melvin, of Charlotte, NC, granddaughters; Zoey and Kylie, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
