Dr. Robert (Bob) Lewis, of Wake Forest, NC, died peacefully on September 24, 2026, at Transitions Life Care Hospice, Raleigh, after a long illness.

Clifton Earl “Clif” Ebron, age 78, passed away on September 23, 2026.

Amy Yardis, 61, of Raleigh, North Carolina, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026, at her home.

Patricia “Tricia” Blaylock (née McBroom), 72, of Hillsborough, NC, passed away at home on September 19, 2026, following an unexpected diagnosis of stage IV lung cancer. She was surrounded by her children and her loving husband, James “Tommy” Blaylock.

Judith Lynne Caster (nee Bergstrom), age 99 one week short of 100, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026. A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Judy lived a long, wonderful life filled with laughter, love, and a deep devotion to her family.

Richard S Churilla, 90, husband of Janice Churilla of Raleigh, NC, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026, at home with his family by his side. Richard attended Johnstown High School (Pennsylvania) where he was an All-Star baseball pitcher. Following graduating from high school, he joined the United States Air Force and subsequently attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. Richard then married and raised his family on Long Island in New York. Richard was very active in his men’s group in south Florida, volunteered at St. Marks Church in Cooper City, FL and was a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants fan.

Martha Ann Harris Farley, age 96, passed away peacefully after a brief stay at UNC Hospice. She was born July 27, 1930, in Shelby, NC to the late Miller and Ocie Harris.

David Burke Rose died on September 4, 2026. He was the oldest of six children born to Raymond and Lois Rose on November 7, 1938 in Madison Indiana. He graduated from Madison High School in 1956 and attended Hanover College as a commuter student for one year before setting off to Texas and attending the University of Texas at Arlington, all while working a 50+ hour week. He was hired directly from his electrical engineering studies by IBM.

Lury Wallenbeck, 88, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026. She was born on January 21, 1938, to Robert and Marguerite Scanlon. Lury was the youngest of seven brothers and three sisters and often mentioned how much she enjoyed growing up in a large family.
