Carolyn J Clark

Carolyn J Clark, 60 of Raleigh, passed away unexpectedly on February 8, 2022. Carolyn was born July 24, 1961 in Redding, Connecticut. She was the fourth child of the late Esther and Douglas Clark. She moved to North Carolina in the early 1990s with her daughter and settled in Raleigh where she made lifelong friends with her neighbors and coworkers. She loved her family, her cats, gardens, making friends with strangers and watching the Kentucky derby every year. Carolyn was a beacon of love that touched many people during her life and is lovingly remembered as a mom to all wayward souls. Her golden heart will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her husband Bruce Lorenc, daughter Nicole Heurtematte, son in law Justin Heurtematte, brothers Douglas and Duane Clark, sister Cynthia Clark, brother in laws Brian Lorenc, and Barry Lorenc, sister in laws Jeanne Marie Clark and Diane Lorenc, nieces Heather Scribner and Kelly Clark and soon to be granddaughter Davina.

Family will hold a wake and receive visitation on Saturday February 26th, from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at Brier Creek Community center: 10810 Globe Rd, Morrisville NC 27560
