Nancy Trevillian

Nancy Bailey Trevillian, age 61, of Wake Forest passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022. Nancy was born in Greenville, North Carolina, but grew up and spent most of her life in Raleigh.

Nancy graduated from Sanderson High School and earned a degree in Music Performance from East Carolina University. She worked as a certified legal secretary for many years before moving to a career inside the home, taking care of her three young boys.

The joys of Nancy’s life were her husband of 37 years, her children and their spouses, and her grandchildren. Nancy also enjoyed a life in music, playing flute and piano. While she performed all over the country in orchestra pits, on musical stages, and in worship services, her greatest passion was leading the youth choirs at Hillyer Memorial Christian Church.

Nancy is survived by her husband, John; son, A.J. and wife, Jenny and their children, Madelyn and Nolan; son, Adam, and wife, Rheagan; son, Nathan and wife, Victoria. Also, surviving are her mother, Sue Bailey; brother, David Bailey, and wife, Susan; sister, Barbara Healy, and husband, Mike; and sister-in-law, Kerri Bailey. She is predeceased by her father, Ed Bailey; brother, Chip Bailey; mother and father-in-law, Al and Bonnie Trevillian.

A service will be held at Hillyer Memorial Christian Church, at 718 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603 on Friday, March 4, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
