David M. Jones

David M. Jones, 87, of Nashville, NC, passed in his sleep March 15, 2022, to join his parents, brothers, sister, and loving wife Mary in Glory. Born April 10, 1934 in Williamston, MI; the 4th of 5 children. He is survived by his children Glenn (amazing Cheryl), Gwendolyn, Aneta and Gordon; 3 grandchildren Nathan (Nikki), Eleanor and Timothy (Caren); and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews whom he adored. His legacy in life was his willingness to pray for anyone he met, no matter the time or place. He did that until the end. He loved his Savior and blessed everyone he met with this prayer: Numbers 6:24-26 The Lord bless you and keep you, The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, The Lord lift His countenance upon you and give you peace. Amen.
A memorial will be held at Word of Life International Church 3388 McNair Rd, Tarboro, NC 27886 @4:00 on Monday 3/21/2022.
