Joshua Carter

Joshua William Carter passed away at age 35, on March 23, 2022. He was born on March 28, 1986 in Sampson County, NC, and resided in Benson, NC. He was the son of Greg and Cheryl Bradford and the late Lonnie George Carter, Jr. He is survived by a daughter, Chyenne B. Carter, and siblings Brett Carter, Eric Carter, Lindsey Bradford Griffin (Jon), Corie Carter Barefoot(Johnathon), and Marina Bradford. He also had several nieces and nephews, Suzanna, Dominick, Kaylee, Gabi, Rilyn, Kenslie, Ellie and Leo, whom he was very close with during his life.
Joshua was a graduate of West Johnston High School. He worked in many areas of construction since graduation.

Joshua enjoyed being with his family and loved playing sports of every kind. He never married but had many special relationships, and the family would like to recognize those that were very close to his heart.

The family would like to express many thanks to family and friends that have been there for us during this difficult time.
