Michael Clyde May

Our loving father and brother, Michael fell asleep in death at the Franklin Oaks Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Louisburg, North Carolina on June 13, 2022.
He was 72 years old.
Mike was the oldest of four children born to George and Edith May.
He was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on October 15, 1949.
He was preceded in death by his father George Clyde May (1998) and his mother Edith Natalie May (2014).
He is survived by his only son Michael Clayton May(Texas) and his fiancée, Sarafina and Mike's three younger siblings: Kathleen Edith Murphy (Florida), Jesse Anthony May (North Carolina) and George Craig May (North Carolina) and his wife Kim May as well as several nieces and nephews.
For many years, Mike ran an upholstery shop called Modern Upholstery on Main Street in Youngsville, North Carolina and was very good at his trade. He even spent time teaching his son Michael Clayton, who also does upholstery work now.
Due to a terrible accident in December of 2019, Mike took up residence at the Franklin Oaks Nursing Home and took his last breath there in the company of his loving brothers Jesse and George.
Knowing Michael is in God's memory can bring comfort to our family because of what God's Word says at Revelation 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
The bible also promises at John 5:28, 29 Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out,
We can look forward to seeing Mike again in perfect health on paradise earth where we can all live forever in perfect happiness.
