Cheralyn Ann Moore

Cheralyn Ann Moore passed away peacefully on July 10, 2022. She is survived by six children: Justin, Jasmin, Jasin, Jillyin, Jaymin, Jennin, and twelve granchildren: Jacob, Juliana, Josie, Jett, Jordin, Jaxtin, Jensin, Sebastian, Gabriel, Noah, Bradley and Joscylin and her three brothers: Gary, Jeff and Craig DeJong. She was born July 4, 1949 and was preceeded in death by her twin sister Geralyn Guyette and parents Gerald and Charlotte DeJong.

Cheralyn had found happiness in the simple life, living in rural Bath, NC. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, crabbing and canning. She married Muriel Moore and enjoyed her years with him, before his passing in 2009. She always put thought into her gifts for the grandchildren and especially loved spending time with the babies. She loved sunflowers, owls and calla lillies. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you hug your loved ones extra tight and tell them how much you love them.
