Joan Mills

Joan was the loving mother of her only son Andrew "Tommy" Mills, She was born in Danville Va. in Oct. 15 1947 to Hilton and Eleanor Douglas. Besides Tommy, she is survived by her two sisters Sylvia (Patrick) Stewart and Laura(Fredrick) Meder and Karen (Peter) Clark, as well as nephews Todd and Zachery Stewart and nieces Taylor Clark and Morgan (Paul) Kim, as well as their families, all who she thought the world of.
Joan and her sisters grew up all over since Hilton was in the Army, and she never grew out of finding adventure in travel and loved to see the sights. Besides being a mother Joan also worked doing many jobs through her life, everything from a beauty salon to working in construction co. and eventually retiring from Walmart.
