Raymond E. Phipps

Raymond Ellwood Phipps of Timberlake NC born 9/1/33 passed away at home 9/30/22. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbra F. Phipps, their 3 sons and their families. Ray was a member of the Marine Reserves, a 20-year veteran of the USAF and upon retirement from the USAF operated a successful small business. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loved his family and was a man of honesty and integrity.

Visitation with the family will be held at Grove Park Chapel at 1pm on Wednesday 10/5/22 with a Memorial Service to be held following visitation at 2 pm. Grove Park address is 605 Sherron Rd. Durham NC 27703.
