Marilyn Jean (Hajeck) Williams, who was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 11:49 a.m. following a long hospital stay in Fayetteville, NC. Born in Troy, NY to Clinton Hajeck and Marian Fields, Marilyn has 3 children (Rebecca, Kent (Deceased) and Roger (Deceased)) and 3 grandchildren (David, Justin and Allyson). A long time Florida resident, Marilyn loved any animal, but especially her dogs. She was outgoing and friendly, loved to crochet and enjoyed cruising with friends and family. She moved to North Carolina as a result of Hurricane Ian and was happy to be near family once again. Rest In Peace, Marilyn. You will be missed.
