Sylvia Miriam Cordes Sampair born and raised in Denver Colorado by Richard and Dolores Cordes, married James Sampair, graduated from St. Anthony's hospital as a registered nurse, raised five boys: Michael, Steven, Timothy, Thomas and Christopher, grandmother of 6 girls: Bléu, Sidney, Nicole, Trinity, Cindy, and Jessica. Worked at the VA and Rex Hospitals as a nurse. Devout Catholic. Involved with the Alter Guild at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Avid Bridge player. Service will be held August 23rd, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2718 Overbrook Drive, Raleigh, NC 27608. Luncheon to follow at the Fallon Center.
