Martha Frimmel

Martha passed away peacefully at the age of 98 with her sons by her side. She was born in Hungary and came to the US in 1956 with her three young sons. Martha raised her sons in New Jersey and Connecticut before retiring to the Poconos in Pennsylvania with her husband Tibor. They moved to Indiana to be closer to family. After her husband passed she moved to North Carolina. Martha lived alone until a few days before her passing. She loved to cook, sharing food with family and friends was her passion. She had a memory that was amazing, sharing stories with her grand children of her life in Hungary. Martha is survived by her sons Ernie Marenyi and Tom Marenyi, step daughter Agi Frimmel, grand children Jay, Tara, Eric (Jen), Emerson (Ashley), Kaitlyn, Matthew, Tyler,, Samantha, Pete (Kathleen), Jennifer (Rob), and Gabe Jr. She has 9 great grandchildren (1 more on the way) and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Tibor Frimmel and her son Gabe Marenyi .
Martha wished to be cremated and the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
