Linda Trudell Lucey

Linda Trudell Lucey passed away on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 in Durham, North Carolina. Linda loved her children (Emma, 33) and (Ryan, 31) above all else, including her Toy Sheltie (Cooper, 3). On a typical day she could be found in her craft room working on the latest craft project (quilting, sewing, crocheting, soap-making), in the sun room working on a crossword puzzle, in the dining room working on a real puzzle, or in the living room watching Shark Tank. She also enjoyed traveling, cooking, and interior design.

Linda retired in 2021 after spending many years working in corporate finance for Duke University Hospital. She passed away after a three-year battle with skin cancer which she endured admirably, rarely feeling sorry for herself and always making the most of her time.

Linda was born on Friday, February 18th, 1955 in Neptune, NJ to Bernard and Agnes Trudell.
