Hazel Locke-Lowe

Hazel R Lowe, 73, of Raleigh, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2024 at Transitions Life Care.
We would like to thank everyone who made her last days comfortable. To all of you who took time out of your busy days to call, come and sit bedside her bed and hold her hand and comfort her. For all your prayers, kind wishes and expressions of help of any kind. For all the nurses and volunteers at Transitions Life Care you are hand picked by the lord above for the wonderful job you do.
She is preceeded in death by her husband Joe; son Rob; her parents Carrie and Loke DeCrapio; siblings, DeeDee, Patty, Miller, Butchie. And her cats Pammie. Bandit, Isabella and Callie.
She is survived by many friends who loved her dearly. Her 3 children, Tim, Terri, and Jake; her niece Julie and sister Dianne.
We will always remember her in our hearts, her love of life, her strength and strong will.
