Regina Diane Mitchell Stanley

Regina Diane Mitchell Stanley, age 57, of Willow Spring, NC went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 28, 2024. She was born July 14, 1967 in Wake County to Elizabeth Jean Jones Mitchell and Jimmy Lee Mitchell Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Keith Champion and her Daddy, Jimmy Lee Mitchell Sr. She is now rejoicing with them and many other dear loved ones in Heaven.

Regina was a beloved mother, daughter, wife, sister, grandma, aunt, cousin, and friend. She had a giving heart to everyone she met. She loved her family with her whole heart. Her love was pure and unconditional. She will be greatly missed by so many dear loved ones.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, William Scott Stanley; her daughter, Jessica Lucas and her husband Tex; her son, Jacob Champion; her grandchildren, Skyler and Chloe Lucas, Aiden Champion, Levi and Makenzie Champion, and Adyison Capps, and Bentley Champion; her brother, Jimmy Mitchell, Jr.; her sister, Wendy Marie Mitchell Dunn and her husband David, and several nieces and nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh on Thursday, January 2, 2024 at 11:00 am.
