Cynthia Delfft

Cynthia Kay Delfft, 60, passed away on April 8, 2025. She is survived by her son Jared Delfft, daughter in law Ammara Haq-Delfft, grandchildren Adeline and Grayson, mother Brenda Lewis, sister Darla Johnson, and brother Frank Lewis.
Those who knew her spoke fondly of her kindness, her selflessness, and her passionate love and pride for her grandchildren. After many years struggling with addiction and depression, she worked hard to build a life for herself that she could be proud of, and that would give her more time with her family. Cindy was an avid lover of fantasy fiction, watching cooking shows, and channeled her energy to countless arts and crafts projects she could share with others. She was also a skilled florist who made many beautiful arrangements over the years that will not be forgotten. Above all, she cherished playing with her grandkids and witnessing their joy in all they did.
In more recent years, Cynthia’s struggles with addiction sadly resurfaced, ultimately claiming her from her family and friends. She found solace in her faith in Christ our Lord during the most challenging times of her life and now joins her Savior in heaven.
No formal services will be held, but a family gathering to remember and honor her life will take place in the coming weeks.
She was loved and will be missed by so many. We pray she is finally at peace, as her love in all our lives will never be forgotten.
