Rosa Lee Butler Shepherd

Rosa "Rose" Lee Butler Shepherd passed away on January 14, 2026 after a long battle. She was born on June 7, 1940 in Winston-Salem to the late Robert Lee Butler and Lillian Starks Butler. She is survived by her children, Ronald Spencer (Pam) of Belleville, MI; Donna Montague (Bobby) and Vanessa Spencer (JaQuana) of Garner, NC; two grandchildren, LeRon Spencer and Charissa Salter, four great grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Butler and Jesse Butler and one sister, Tracy Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Alberta Wilson and two brothers, James Butler and Robert L. Butler.
