Cody Ray Cowan

Cody Ray Cowan, 27, of Zebulon, NC, passed away unexpectedly on 2-26-2026 at his home in Pilot, NC.
He was born on 7-10-1998 to Donnie Ray Cowan and Clinthia Carlyle Cowan.

He was preceded in death by his Dad, Donnie Ray Cowan. Survived by his mother, Clinthia Cowan, his brother, Clinton Edward Cowan and wife Ashley, and nieces, Autumn, Madison, and Ivy. Special Aunts, Stephanie Carlyle and Joy Bullock and husband, Tim Bullock. And lots of beloved cousins, Ryan Goods, Rylie Gray, Seth Bullock, Lexi Mullen, Aubrey Mullen, and Garrett Wilkins. And also preceded in death by his special cousin, Beth Carlyle Wilkins, and beloved Grandparents Clinton and Alexena Carlyle, and Grandmother, Bobbie Cowan King.

Cody was known for his true generous heart, and his love of race cars, and his awesome mechanic skills. Forever in our hearts. Forever 27.
