Donna Lee Yost

Donna Lee Yost, 68, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on April 8, 1958 in Encino, California, Donna lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and devotion to those she loved. She touched countless lives through her caring spirit, unwavering faith, and generous heart. Whether spending time with family, helping a friend in need, or sharing laughter with those around her, Donna made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Duncan Yost; her sons, Joshua Barnes and Eric Barnes (Brooke); her daughters, Katie Fletcher (Matt) and Stephanie Mann; and her cherished grandchildren, Miles Barnes, Lukas Barnes, Riley Fletcher, and Aubree Fletcher. She is also survived by her siblings, Harold Duane Collier Jr., Glen "Deacon" Woosley, Tracy Collier, and Pam Bonar (John). Donna is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Donna's most cherished activity was loving her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her compassion, resilience, and the love she freely gave to family and friends throughout her life.

The family will receive visitors at 4:00 pm, Friday June 5th, 2026 and a memorial service will begin at 5:00 pm at Hephzibah Baptist Church located at 1794 Wendell Blvd, in Wendell, North Carolina.
