Dia Barham

Dia Lebbos Barham was born in 1958 in Tyre, Lebanon, to Lewis and Evelyn Chabhar Lebbos. She grew up surrounded by her seven siblings and a large, loving extended family.

Dia spent eight years working in Saudi Arabia before moving to Miami with her mother, and later settling in Cary, North Carolina. It was there that she met her husband of 25 years, Billy Barham.

Dia worked alongside her family in their convenience stores and delis, where she became known for her unmatched, genuine care and dedication to service. She was beloved by all who knew her, often warmly calling others “Darling.” She found joy in sharing her homemade dishes with family, neighbors, coworkers, and customers alike. Dia leaves behind a legacy of sharing her light of kindness.

Dia will be forever missed, especially by her devoted husband, Billy; her brothers, Bisharah, Fouad, Jihad, and Lebbos; her sisters, Amal and Nouhad; and her many cherished family members, friends, and neighbors.
Memorial will be held on Saturday, April 11th at 2:00pm at the Benson Grove Baptist Church 6966 NC 50 Angier, NC 27501
