Jack Herzberg

Jack Herzberg passed away on April 10, 2023 in Holly Springs, NC. He was born in Lakewood, NJ to Harry and Esther Herzberg. Jack is survived by his wife, Kristine (Lawas), and his daughters, Emma and Jacklyn, his sister Rochelle (Tom) Powell, brother-in-law Ernie (Nancy Simm) Lawas, nieces Anne (Rob) Kaplan and Cara Gordon -- as well as five grand nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jack grew up in the Bronx, NY. He received his B.A. degree from SUNY Binghamton where he played basketball for four years. He was a lifelong NY Knicks fan who never missed a game. He studied holistic health and medicine, and was passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.

Jack and his wife, Kristine, met and married in New York City. They raised their daughters in Ridgewood, NJ and relocated to Holly Springs, NC.

In his professional life, Jack was a successful entrepreneur. He founded two office supply companies, including NYC Graphics in New York City and online.

A Celebration of Life for Jack will be held on May 13 from 2-4 pm at Devil's Ridge Golf Club located at 5107 Linksland Drive in Holly Springs, NC.

Jack will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues – and his beloved dogs.
