April 14, 2026

Norita Graham Perrin, 88, of Apex, North Carolina, peacefully passed away on April 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Norita was born and raised on a small farm in Angelica, New York, to her parents John and Ruth Graham. Alongside her sisters Janice and Georgia, she grew up with the values of hard work, kindness and deep devotion to family. Qualities that remained at the center of her life.

She met the love of her life, Larry, at the county fair, the very same fair where her parents had first met years before. Their story became a beautiful continuation of family tradition and enduring love. Norita and Larry were married in 1963 and soon began their life together in Fairbanks, Alaska, while Larry served in the military at Fort Wainwright. Following Larry's discharge from the military in 1964 the family settled in Rochester, New York. There Norita devoted herself to raising her son and creating a warm and welcoming home filled with laughter, comfort and unconditional love.

The pair uprooted from Rochester to move to Apex in 2007 and unite with their son, Dana and daughter in-law Lara to help and be with their granddaughter, Rebecca.

Norita found joy in life's simple pleasures and meaningful moments. She was an avid birder who appreciated the beauty of nature, loved cooking for family and friends, cheering for the Buffalo Bills and listening to music.
