Amanda Rae Evers

Amanda Rae Evers (Smith), 39, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, formerly of Lee County, Florida, passed away on September 6, 2026.Born on May 27, 1987, Amanda brought immense light, love, and warmth to the lives of everyone who knew her. Throughout her 39 years, she was known for her bright spirit, welcoming smile, and her profound, unconditional devotion to her family.Amanda found her greatest joy in being a mother and spending time with her loved ones. She had a passion for the outdoors and loved to dance, creating beautiful, lively memories that her family will cherish forever. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her vibrant spirit and love will live on eternally in the hearts of everyone she touched.Amanda was preceded in death by her grandmother, Georgia Daugherty; her great-aunt, Jennifer Subir; and her cousin, Brian Oakley II.Amanda is survived by her six beloved children: her sons, Dylan Evers, Dixon Evers, and Brayson Glode; and her daughters, Danielle Evers, Ava Evers, and Baylee Fortson.She is also survived by her loving parents: mother Waynetta Oakley and stepfather Nicholas Oakley; father Ronald Smith Jr. and stepmother Kristina Smith; and her brothers, Aaron Smith and Cayce Smith. She leaves behind a large circle of extended family and dear friends who love her deeply.A Celebration of Life for Amanda will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at our home in Fuquay-Varina. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
