Ines M. Valentine

Ines Mae Valentine went home to Jesus September 6, 2023 at the age of 91.

Ines was born to Ned Carson Case and Ethel Lee Case (Wright) on May 13, 1932 in Hugo, Colorado. She had two older brothers Thornton Leon Case, Lester Carl Case, and a younger sister Nenya Darlene Auckland (Case).

In 1950, she graduated from Canon City High School in Colorado and married James Junior Taylor in August. She went on to have three children born, Reyna Denise Tout (Taylor), Charla Rae Hollingsworth (Taylor), and Randall Lynn Taylor. Ines married again, and brought Kevin Duane Huffaker into the world, and shortly thereafter the family moved from Colorado to Wyoming. Her marriage of thirteen years was to her dear Tommy Rayford Valentine. After he died, Ines loved the decades-long companionship of Dale Doty. He held a special place in Ines’s heart.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Ines worked at full-time positions at Wonder Bread, Fassett-Nickel Ford, and the State of Wyoming Land Office. Ines was one of the most generous and selfless women to ever walk this earth. Never idle, Ines loved to sew lovely, and at times entertaining, pictures and characters using her embroidery sewing machine. She never once sold an embroidery creation, instead she chose to give them away to family, friends, and acquaintances.

Ines joins her father, mother, two brothers, a sister, and her dearest Ray Valentine in Heaven.
