Andrew Osterdyk

Andrew “Andy” Neil Osterdyk died unexpectedly on March 18th, 2024 at the age of 38 years old.

He is survived by his children, Mason (19), Corban (12), Gavin (10), Paisley (9) and Cohen (4); his parents, Kenneth Osterdyk and Janet Burczek; his sisters Jill Demisse (Ermias) and Anna Morris (Robert); all his nieces and nephews; and his fiance, Brooke Williams.

Andy was born on July 23, 1985 in Chisago City, Minnesota and attended North Branch Senior High school. In 2013, he moved to North Carolina where he spent the rest of his years. He was a self taught diesel mechanic, who had a passion for tinkering with anything that had a motor. He was a kind soul, that would give the very shirt off his back to anyone he came across, never expecting anything in return. His heart beat more for others, than for himself.

Andy was an amazing father, that loved his children more than life itself. His legacy carries on through Mason’s mischievous smirk, Corban’s ever growing mechanical skills, Gavin’s dry sense of humor, Paisley’s quirky ways, and Cohen’s endless spunk. Each child carries characteristics that made Andy who he was. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and anyone who knew him.
