Elizabeth MacLachlan

Elizabeth Mary MacLachlan passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 52 after a courageous life, lived with unparalleled enthusiasm, kindness, and spirit of adventure. She will be remembered by family and friends as loving, nurturing, and full of laughter.

Elizabeth loved being in nature, marking every solstice and equinox with a keen sense of joy and wonderment. She was a human sunflower - taking advantage of any opportunity to find a patch of sunshine to sit in – and especially enjoyed the ocean and spending time at the beach. Her most cherished part of life was having and raising her two sons, Keegan and Quade. She instilled in them her love for the outdoors and made many cherished memories introducing them to new places, people, and experiences.

Elizabeth is survived by her wife, Jacqui LaCoste; by sons, Keegan and Quade Zimmerman; mother and father Patricia and Ronald MacLachlan; brothers, Trevor and John MacLachlan; nieces Lauren, Caroline, and Maisie; nephews Ian and Sam; and her family of friends, including Cid, Mitch, Stephanie, Tanya, Cam, Marguerite, and so many more.

She will be missed beyond measure.
