Robert Maylon Phelps

Robert M. Phelps (62) from Duplin County resided in Raleigh N.C. For 33 years. He devoted his career to Retail Management and taking care of loved ones. He enjoyed the beach, traveling, going to concerts, history documentaries, and good company.
Robert is survived by his 2 sisters and brother-in-laws. Forrest and (Angela) Strickland of Magnolia NC, Jesse and (Christina) Herrera of Raleigh NC., 1 brother Timothy Phelps of VA.
Robert enjoyed being the Uncle of 5 nephews and 2 nieces. (Paul) & Brittany Lee , (Aaron) & Sylvia Strickland, (Caleb) & Amber Strickland, Carson Herrera, Timothy Phelps Jr, Maegan Herrera, & Avery Herrera. He had 3 great nephews & 3 great nieces. Robert is survived by his 2 Aunts Cathy Sloan & Kandy Koonce, 2 cousins (Ricky) & Tricia Sloan, & Ann Sloan.
He is proceeded in death by his father Maylon Brooks Phelps, biological Mother Paula Lee Lewis, maternal grandparents Paul and Catherine Lee, and paternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Phelps.

Robert had a huge heart and loved others with every piece of it. He will be missed beyond measure.
