Zoila Argentina Castillo was born on July 11, 1928, in El Salvador. She passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on October 22, 2024, surrounded by the family she so deeply loved.

In 1968, Zoila pioneered from El Salvador to the United States, becoming the matriarch of a beautiful and close-knit family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and strength that her family will cherish for generations to come. Zoila is survived by her three children, Vilma Sengebusch, Sal Pineda, and Patricia Atwell, along with seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever hold her memory close. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Guillermo (Bill) J. Pineda, in 1995.

Zoila’s legacy will live on through the love and memories shared by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
