Eddie Brooks

Eddie Dale Brooks, 67, of Fuquay-Varina, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, following a period of declining health due to dementia.
Eddie was best known for his quick wit and infectious sense of humor. He had a remarkable way of lighting up any room he entered and bringing joy to those around him. A devoted father and loyal friend, Eddie will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved son, Alan Brooks of Stem, who carries on his father’s warmth and strength; also survived by his soon to be daughter in law Lindsey Hinkle of Stem.
There are no plans for a service at this time, but Eddie’s spirit will live on in the memories, laughter, and love he left behind. He will always be deeply missed, never forgotten, and forever in our hearts.
