Jennifer Elizabeth Bihl

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jennifer Elizabeth Bihl on May 8th, at the age of 52, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on July 28, 1972, in Saratoga County, NY, Jennifer grew up the youngest daughter of Thomas and Francis Harvey. She loved children, even at an early age, starting with babysitting and leading to a degree in early childhood education. Jennifer had a particular love of infants, and took any opportunity to go baby clothes shopping for others.

Jennifer also loved creating art, whether craft projects with young children or water color paintings. Many of those who supported Jennifer and her family received her water color flower paintings as gifts.

Her first marriage to Brian Wilson, gave Jennifer her first child Maegan. Jennifer remained close to Maegan until her death.

After moving to North Carolina, Jennifer met her second husband Brian Bihl, and remained a devoted wife and mother for the next seventeen years, with the couple adding a son and another daughter.

Jennifer is survived by her mother Francis, husband, Brian, daughters, Maegan Wilson and Alaina Bihl, as well as her son Owen Bihl. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas.

A viewing will be had at City of Oaks Funeral Home, on May 13. A burial will occur in Corinth, NY at a later date.
