Carol Zeliff Ziarnowski

Carol Zeliff Ziarnowski passed away peacefully at home in Raleigh, NC on May 8th, 2025.

Carol was born in North Hornell, NY, December 27, 1937. She was the daughter of Howard Eugene Zeliff and Marion Brown Zeliff.

Carol graduated from Hornell High School in 1956 and from Rochester Business Institute in 1959.
She was employed for many years in Secretarial and Medical Transcriptionist positions.

Carol moved to Raleigh, NC in 2023 from Vero Beach, FL, preceded by a number of moves nationally.

Carol was an avid crafts person specializing in needlepoint; she loved reading and gardening.

Carol is survived by her husband Paul of just under 65 years, a son David of Newmarket, NH, a daughter Kathi of Cary, NC, a daughter Amy of New Boston, MI, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Carol was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral, 715 Nazareth Street, Raleigh, NC.

No memorial service will be held at Carol's request.
