Joseph Tryzenski Jr.

Joseph A. Tryzenski, 87, of Raleigh passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 25, 2023. Joseph was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on August 23, 1935 to the late Joseph A. and Irene Cardimona Tryzenski. He proudly served our country in the US Marine Corp for 10 years where he was an electronics specialist. During his time in the military, he met his first wife, Katie Shepard Tryzenski. They had two daughters, Angela and Donna. In 2002, Katie passed away of cancer. In 2005, he was blessed to find love again and married Brenda Fleetwood Tryzenski. They enjoyed 18 together until his death.

Joseph loved taking cruises and helping others find their love of cruising. He loved to fish and enjoyed hiking in the woods with his grandsons. He had a love of music, playing his keyboard and singing in his church choir.

In addition to his parents and first wife, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert J. Tryzenski, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Tryzenski of Raleigh and daughters, Angela Stephenson (Randy) of Knightdale and Donna Massey (Ted) also of Knightdale. He is survived by grandchildren, Amy Minchew (Jeff), Jordan Massey (Jessica) and Adam Stephenson (Morgan) and great grandchildren, Joshua and Madelyn Minchew and Daniel Massey.
