Troy Lee Bolton

Troy Lee Bolton, 85, of Lillington passed away Friday January 9, 2026 in his home. Troy was born December 10, 1940 to the late John Jr. Bolton and Jessie May Bolton. He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers Wayne and Norman Bolton, both of lillington and his 2 daughters Debbie and Marylynn. Troy is survived by his sister Anne, brother Mac, sons Adam Bolton, (wife Mary Bolton), Tony Bolton, daughters Megan Mcwhorter (husband Glenn Mcwhorter), and Melissa Phillips (husband Michael Phillips), and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Troy lived a long full life that involved spending time with his family, working and restoring old Ford trucks. Troy had a true servant’s heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He had a strong work ethic and liked to keep busy, when he wasn’t working you could always find him tinkering around with an old truck. Troy’s love for his children and grandchildren were immeasurable. Troy will be remembered in love by all who knew him.
