Dellann Harvey

Dellann “Dee” Kelley Harvey, 71, passed away peacefully at home in Wake Forest, North Carolina, surrounded by her loving family, after complications from Vasculitis GPA.

Born on November 16, 1955, in Warner Robins, Georgia, Dee was the beloved daughter of the late James and Barbaradell Kelley. She spent her childhood in Michigan before moving to Illinois, where she would meet the love of her life, Calvin Eugene Harvey. Their marriage was a true partnership of devotion, faith, and unwavering love.

Dee was known by all as a gentle, warm, and extraordinarily kind soul. She had a gift for making everyone around her feel seen, loved, and welcomed. Her quiet strength, compassion, and generous heart touched countless lives, and her memory will forever be cherished by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Dee is preceded in death by her beloved husband Eugene, and her children Joeseph, Jennifer, John and Everett. Though she endured profound loss, Dee’s resilience and love for her family remained steadfast.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Ryan Mills; her son Dale Harvey; and her cherished in-laws, Richard and Naomi Edmonds. Dee is also lovingly remembered by her brothers Paul Kelley and Clayton Kelley, five brother- and sister-in-laws, six adored grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she treasured as if they were her own.
A visitation and memorial service will be held at The Assembly of God Church in Nashville, Illinois, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 1:00 PM, with Reverend Naomi Edmonds presiding. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember Dee’s beautiful life, and celebrate the love she poured into the world.

Dee’s legacy is one of kindness, devotion, and boundless love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
