My mom was the kind of person who could light up a room with her smile and make anyone laugh, no matter what they were going through. She had a joyful spirit that was impossible to ignore and a determination that carried her through life’s challenges with strength and grace. No matter the situation, she always found a reason to smile and encouraged those around her to do the same.

To me, she was more than just my mother—she was my comfort, my biggest supporter, and one of my best friends. Some of my favorite memories are of hearing her laugh, seeing her smile, and watching the love she had for her family shine through in everything she did. She had a way of making people feel welcome, loved, and important.

One of the greatest joys in her life was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved playing with them, making memories, and filling their lives with the same love and laughter that she gave so freely to everyone around her. The bond she shared with them was truly special.

She is survived by her parents, Diane Jones and Tracy jones (step dad)of Franklinton, North Carolina; her children, Kaylee, CJ, and Tyler; her grandchildren, Christian and Ava; her brother, Joshua Bullock; and her nieces and nephews, Ariel, Angel, Aaron, and Tiffany.

The loss of my mom leaves a space in my heart that can never be filled. While I will miss her every day, I am grateful for the love, lessons, laughter, and memories she gave me. Her smile, her strength, and her beautiful spirit will live on in all of us who were blessed to know and love her. Though she is gone from our sight, she will never be gone from our hearts.
