Lisa Horton Johnson

Wednesday July13th, 2022, Lisa Horton Johnson ("Gigi") 57, of Louisburg was taken to her eternal home. Lisa passed at home with family by her side as her battle with cancer ended.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Timmy Johnson, daughter Nikki Horton, her grandson Tucker Horton ("Doodlebug", the apple of her eye), all of Louisburg, her step-daughter Amanda McAnec, husband Mick and son Dillon of New York, brother Terry L. Horton and wife Terry of Wake Forest and nephew Jonathon Morris of Smithfield, sister Bobbi Jones and niece Logan Jones of Myrtle Beach.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father Jim Horton, mother Freda Leggett, grandfather Fred Robbins, and grandmother Margaret Robbins.

Thank you to the nurses, doctors and staff at UNC Rex Cancer Center and Heartland Hospice for the care they provided. Donations to either will be appreciated by the family.

Graveside service will be held at Flat Rock Baptist Church with a celebration of life following the service in the fellowship hall on Sunday, July 24th 2022 at 4pm.
