Pamela Phipps

Pamela Rene Phipps Brown
April 10, 1962 - Dec. 2, 2022

Pam was born in Winston-Salem to Charles and Cassie Phipps. When she
moved to Raleigh she met her husband Peter Brown in 1984 and is a
graduate of North Carolina Sate University with a B.A of History degree.
Pam appreciated the opportunity to stay at home and was a wonderful
mother to her beautiful daughter, Isabella. Pam cared for many of
Isabella's friends at Resurrection Lutheran School and Church, where the
family spent many years between her daughter's preschool through the 8th
grade. Friends and family often saw Pam on the playground helping
others. Whether it be a kind word, a hug or a band-aid, Pam was there
for everyone. Pam was a generous soul who loved to watch her daughter
and her friends play and enjoy life. Pam was a beautiful person inside
and out and will be dearly missed by her loved ones. Pam's celebration
of life will take place in the Spring.

Pam is survived by her loving partner of 36 years, Peter Brown; beloved
daughter, Isabella Brown; her father Charles Phipps Sr. and mother
Cassie Phipps; brother Charles Phipps Jr. and wife Carolyn; nephew
Britton Phipps; mother-in-law Mary V. Brown; many loving friends; and
preceded in death by her loving father-in-law Dr. Robert C. Brown.

The soul would have no rainbow if the eyes had no tears. You are God's
Masterpiece and our Blessing Pamela Phipps Brown. We know you are
decorating heaven with love and kindness until we meet again.
