Pennie Faye Howard

Pennie Faye Howard, 50, of Raleigh, North Carolina, passed away on January 1, 2026, in Raleigh, NC.
Born on August 22, 1975, in Kinston, North Carolina, Pennie was the beloved daughter of the late Evelyn Williams and the late Jim Williams. She is survived by her two devoted sisters, Larrie Howard and Ann Guevremont, who were a constant source of love and strength in her life.”
Pennie earned her associate’s degree from Lenoir Community College and built a meaningful career in Quality Assurance, where she was known as a dedicated, hardworking, and deeply committed employee. She gave her all in everything she did, approaching her work with integrity, pride, and a strong sense of responsibility.
More than anything, Pennie will be remembered for her enormous heart. She loved deeply and freely — her family, her friends, and anyone who needed a little extra kindness. She found joy in dancing and clogging, and she had a beautiful way of bringing light and laughter into every room she entered. Helping others came naturally to her; it wasn’t something she tried to do — it was simply who she was.
Pennie leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who were blessed to know her.
Though our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the love Pennie gave so freely and the light she brought into our lives. Pennie loved the Lord, studied His word, and reflected His love to everyone she met.
Arrangements will be announced by the family.
