Rosemary Stowe

Rosemary Haddock Stowe, 93, of Raleigh, NC passed away on January 25, 2026.
Rosemary was the daughter of Cecil Jackson Haddock and Reba Mills Haddock of Pitt County.

She worked at the Board of Elections and ventured briefly into real estate, obtaining her NC Real Estate license.
Rosemary' s stature was small, but her presence was unmistakable. She championed her beliefs with unwavering resolve.
Remaining to cherish Rosemary’s memory are her grandchildren: Cosie, Sharon, Heather, BJ, Tiffany, Dail, Brittany, Christian, and Reba; a niece, Becky; a nephew, Adam, as well as many great-grandchildren.
Preceding Rosemary in death are her son, Dailey; her father, Cecil; her mother, Reba; her brother, Charlie “Bud”; her half-sister, Lucille; and grandchild William “Billy”.
